If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • In original packaging (fully sealed)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened or used intimate products cannot be returned.

  • Anal toys
  • Wearable or insertable products
  • Lubricants or consumables

Before Sending Anything Back

Please do not refuse delivery or send items directly back to us without contacting support first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for items over $75
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or short video

We will gladly offer:

  • Replacement or Refund depending on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive email confirmation
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are not in original condition
  • Parts are missing
  • Damage is not caused by SinNectar
  • Returns are requested after 30 days
